My wife and I went to ICCU because we heard some good things about them. Everyone was super helpful and friendly until they connected us with Jace for our home loan, most unhelpful person I have ever met. Takes week or even months to get back to you, so we just decided to go to a bank who values customer service. If you do go to ICCU do whatever it takes to avoid him.

Seriously the best bank! All the staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. They often have treats and hot chocolate our for the customers enjoyment. My husband and I have moved out of state but will continue to use this bank because they are so fabulous!
