Not enough locations. Going to a sister bank/resource one does not have the same privileges. For example; if you want to use one of their (not Texans credit union) outdoors ATM machine they charge you. However, if you come inside to the lobby they will allow you to withdraw money after you wait in a long line. Also, they do not have a change counter unless you want to pay money.

Got my car loan here- never actually been to the physical location. My loan specialist was so helpful and accessible via phone/email, I never even had to be there! Felt confident in my decision, she gave me the carfax and an additional blue book price for the car. Got a very good rate here compared to other folks.

Got my first savings account as a kid when it was Dallas Teachers Credit Union and have been banking here ever since, great rates, the employees are so nice and helpful. I do a lot of online banking and the website is so easy to navigate.

I try to finance a car in a different bank , so they offer me 8.98 loan rate in a used car, :,(..... my credit is not that great so I was about to accept it, but then Credit union of Texas contact me and offer me a loan of 1.97 !!!!
