I have frequently visited Pawn City to browse and purchase various items. Recently, I purchased a MIDI controller only to discover that some keys were unresponsive when I hooked it up to my computer. The only way to discover this problem was by installing necessary software and testing it myself; I was able to get a full refund for the controller without hassle. There have been several occurrences where they were near closing hours, but assisted me with finding several items despite wanting to go home.

Bought a new pistol from here, ended up with the wrong magazine. That would normally be a deal breaker but Beau was amazingly helpful, bought the right one and swapped it. Great gun selection, and LOTS of other goodies to look at.

The prices are ridiculously high, often higher that retail for new items. After many visits, I have yet to buy anything there. Lots of junk but no decent prices.
