Done with this place. Always went to Credit Unions cause they have always been better then banks. This one makes banks look good. Can never get to my money when I need it. Even using debit/credit card. Last straw was today when I bought groceries and it declined twice. Used a credit card to purchase and then get home to find out they took the money out of my account anyways. So i got charged TWICE because Pacific Crest can’t seem to get it together. Woukd be zero stars ut have to have at least one to post a review.

This bank is a joke! Their customer service is poor at best. My husband has had his card fraudulently used twice in the last two months and they have yet to return the funds from the first transaction have yet to be returned. This latest fraudulent activity overdrew his account by over $500 and they were still allowing transactions to be processed!!!
