I applied for a car loan & told them how many miles was on the car before I applied for the loan & if you knew the car didn’t qualify because of the mileage you should have told me that to save me the trouble of trying to get the loan for the car

Very poor customer service for a credit union. Manager did not seem to care if long time customer was cancelling service for poor service. Shop for other options before joining.
