The lines go out the door, because they only have one person working the teller line. Meanwhile the managers walk around asking if people need help, as if they can actually help them. It actually pisses people off to see some person with a clipboard walking around just making eye contact. Look if you want to help, get yourself behind the counter and help.

The tellers are always friendly and helpful. BUT there are usually too few tellers and ridiculously long lines.
