I have had an account for two years i try to deposit my tax return they wont because i had to open another account due to fraud on the account, but if i go to a branch in a more professional area like palo alto i get great customer service with no issues, these idiots in oakland know nothing.... this branch is run by dummys

This branch is pretty good from my experience. Post recession they have been trying hard to keep customers happy. Great staff for the most part. Surprising amount of parking too.
