I have access to a couple of credit unions, as this one is by far the worst. From the initial loan application, loan officer was rude, loan was approved, I left with the vehicle, and dealer could not establish contact for payoff, it went over a week before the vehicle could be paid. No follow ups, just try to get someone to even answer the phone...even the receptionist. Ok for the sake of Schlumberger loyalty, tried establishing a savings account, attempted to transfer money out, they botched the transfer, never sent the money, and charged my account a fee. After multiple attempts to establish contact, they refunded me half the fee. Try paying online, unavailable, mailed payments went to my savings account, instead of the loan, and yep guess what, they charged my account a late fee. This was my third to last payment on the loan, they acknowledged the mistake, again after multiple attempts to contact someone there, but refused to waive the late fee. With ALL the people currently out of a job in the oil industry surely they could be an asset to this incompetent lending institution!

I am trying to close out an account. And I have been on hold for the past 55:00 minutes. My wife and I have tried contacting Brittany Montes, who originally helped us with the account. We tried emailing, calling several numbers, and leaving messages and she or the credit union have yet to reach out to us. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend using SECU!!!! Dont waste your time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!.

Slow and unfriendly. I always have issue with credit card getting blocked for no reasons. One good thing is the acceptance of foreigners when they move in through schlumberger expatriation.
