The tellers in the front lobby have always given me quick assistance. They have always been able to answer my complex questions and open/close accounts with ease. The quick drop box is also great if the lobby is full and you have somewhere to be. There is typically a line of 2-4 people when I stop in. Added bonus: they have never tried to sell me anything like my old bank did. They have never ask me to open a new savings CD or pressured me for an unneeded loan.

Absolute worst customer service when it comes to receiving any sort of information. Called numerous times trying to get a document faxed to myself, which took over two hours to acquire after I had stressed it was time sensitive. Despite being assured that the document had been sent, I had to call back again to get someone to send it.

Worst experience with loans. After being approved for the loan I had to jump through so many hoops the happiness of getting a new car was lost. I will never get a loan through elga again. They took over a week to deal with it and even buying a vehicle from family they were ready to just sell to someone else.
