Hardly shows the account information or length of term online. Waited on hold for almost an hour before speaking with a representative. Bill pay is confusing and setting everything up takes forever. Charged me an additional $100 per month because of insurance mistake. I would not recommend this Credit Union to anyone. Go somewhere else!

Never had a good experience with this credit union. Not flexible at all with outside accounts. Waited an hour to simply switch my auto pay accounts.

First they took away all the ATMs. Now they no longer take 3rd party checks. Plus the interest rates are horrible. Time to find a new bank.
