I went this place to refinance my car loan, not because of reducing the monthly payments but that was the only option for me to exclude my co-signer from my loan and car title - I even wanted to increasing my monthly payments reducing my payment period from existing 2.5 to 2 years- and guess what ! with having an " Excellent" credit score , paid all payments on-time and high salary , I got declined just because during last 12 months I had applied to Costco AMEX ,Best Buy card and couple of normal credit cards as every one else does to get benefits and earn credit. First Community Credit Union is doing very non flexible and unfair evaluation of your credit and hurts your credit as well.

I like the bank over all, but there is a receptionist that make me feel unwelcoming everything I come here. She never smile or say welcoming to FCCU. She is representing the bank but provide very bad customer service.
