Do not request a loan during month end!!!!!! Is funny how eager Juan was for me to forward my paperwork, several weeks and days ago, followed by several phones calls and emails. Today, I called to follow up on it, and he acted like he did not know why I was calling him. His first excuse was that he has been busy. Then he proceed to say it was month end. Seriously??? At that point he lost me as a potential customer, I can go somewhere else to refinance my two cars loans. I just wonder what kind of excuse is this, and where are his customer service skills??? I have been a member of this credit union for years, and the service is just getting worse.

Two time with bad experience, Not professional banking and lack of information and knowledge with their bankers and loan officer as well. if you apply for any kind of loan with member source they are making it to complicated and difficult ,i applied 2 years ago for consolidate loan to pay off my debt and they ask for more and more documents and in last nothing no answer, i tried to refinance my new car and i have good credit score ,they keep me in hold for 4 hours to approve the loan ,first they said you approved but after they ask me if i can add one cosigner into my loan ,zero quality at all .

Perfect credit union! Staff are friendly just transfered all my funds to my new opened account. A lady asked to help me open my account but since I already had a appointment with someone else I waited. Drinked my coffee while I waited, very nice and clean, A lot of young faces ready to grow in the industry, I always recommend my customers to come refinance vehicles and open new Accounts. I like this credit union a lot because of the convenient location and the extreme neatness* Thank you Member Source Credit Union!! Keep it up!!

I been Waiting for my Credit card to arrive for more than 15 days, its pathetic knowing that we are now in 2016/17 and you guys are still leaving in the OLD AGE and can not provide a temporary Credit card. One of the best things a business can do is put themselves in their customers shoes. Its very inconvenient to be going back and forward to the bank to able to get money. very embarrassing and unprofessional.
