I do not recommend this company to ANYONE !!! If for some reason you play the Lic. Joel Stone, run. He never answers calls. I had an accident in which an injury was d for life or until q I operate in my neck and back. Mrs. q took me data on the first visit q q I painted them were the best ..... LIE !!! The minimum compensation q alleged touched me was between 12,000 and 10,000 and in the end, I gave were less q d 4,000. My accident was in January 2016 and I got my check in December, but his lawyer had claimed compensation since June rightly ..... never answered me. It took my case to another lawyer, but obviously he would q whether the other had already taken a long time !!!!! Q The only answer me and showed interest was Marian !!! Very responsible and professional, but Mr. Stone does not work !!! And watch out, do not be fooled with this signature ads d q q are misleading.

Do not go to this firm !!!!!! My wife hired a lawyer and never answered calls. Who he ended up working her case was a girl q told herself, had no experience. He was trying to help my wife pq d case the other person was working q q if it had was a disaster. The lawyer took the case d q my wife was d last Piedra. He never replied, reached agreements without co consulting my wife, took their money since June and my wife gave him his paycheck d late December. Q then cashed his check disowned and passed the case to another lawyer obviously did nothing q pq and el.otro had claimed. She signed a paper in which q guaranteed between $ 10,000 to $ 12,000 and finally the irresponsible transo lawyer for nearly $ 3,000. And they say one thing and do another !!!!! Do not waste your time with this firm, it does not work and do not give face when you call!

While waiting at a red light, this guy abruptly stopped his old jalopy by crashing on my rear end, the impact threw me agains the steering wheel and I received massive injuries to my lower back, neck and shoulders. At first I thought it would be okay, but as time passed, I realized it was worst than I suspected. There was a new spanish speaking radio station in Jacksonville and the Pendas Law Firm was running an ad, I contacted them and was greeted by Carolyn, outstanding paralegal, great personality, caring and very knowleageable. She took me under her wing, put me in contact with a well known chiropractor and after a few months, not only was I well on my way to recovery but very satisfied with the settlement and the service received. They were very rude with my boyfriend. The attorney Steve Winegar flat out yelled at my boyfriend on the phone and they had huge miscommunication big time. They then dropped my boyfriends case in retaliation for my boyfriend not signing them up for his car wreck either but Steve had refused the case then the next day when another lawyer was here to do the car wreck case Steve has his assistant Myra call us wanting the car wreck case to then when we told him that we had signed up someone else for our attorney on the car wreck which Myra got really rude when we told her we had another law firm then all of a sudden they drop my boyfriends other case to would never recommend them ever as they are not very good at all !

Worst experienced ever they will not return your phone calls the staff if very rude in the Orlando office very unprofesional once they collected their money they never payed the hospital bill and are ruining my credit they sent me a copy of the check saying that they did pay but the check was never received or has been cashed this is been going on for more than 2 years now my next step is to contact the State Attorney Office and report them about this scam I will not recomend this people to anyone.
