Wish there was a chance to give this place 0 stars. This was absolutely the biggest waste of money and time I have encountered. I started the process over a year ago and I have never got a call from them. Ive had to call them and everytime its something different never straight answer. I was put under a payment plan (I could have doe myself) lost my job needed payment reduced ,was told they would contact IRS that following Monday, That next week came no call, no email nothing called them that Friday..(was told it would be the next month before they would call.) received letter last week have one month to pay in full... Thanks for no help, money I paid yall could of paid IRS.. Its sad you cant TRUST no one.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Paid them $750 was promised they would eleminate my debt and they did nothing! Waited weeks because they had two different people have "medical issues" and nobody thought to look after their clients. How much did they help? ZERO!!! They got nothing done for me! Complete ripoff. Talking with Randy R. and his quisling Emily (x 127) was worse than dealing with the IRS. Just as rude and arrogant but w/ zero interpersonal communication skills. Commission based tools hustling you for your routing number. Take your business elsewhere.
