Was very disappointed with the services no real communication and they say they fight for you thats a lie i was rearended and the person who hit me had AAA insurance and they only want to pay 2000 are you kidding me if the role was turned i bet i would of or my insurance would of ended up paying at more i dont understand how that is then fighting for you i live in pain daily its not fare at all!!!! Not a good experience

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I have called the office on several occasions to speak with the person handling my case. Out of the many times I called I actually spoke to someone 2 maybe 3 times in a year. My case started in May of 2015. This is May 2016 still going. A simple auto injury took 1 year and still going. I leave messages, no one calls me back. Not happy with this firm.

The staff were very courteous and very professional. I especially want to thank Raquel Cruz for being very straight forward with me on my case. It was very important to me because it demonstrated her character and caring. The only negative thing i have report is the staff needs to return calls as soon possible. Need to keep the client informed. Overall the the staff was excellent!

Getting injured in a car accident is a pretty crappy thing to go through...but these guys made the process of getting treatment, settlement and back to normal, a completely effortless ordeal. Franklin Redmiles was who I dealt with and he was always prompt and professional. Great overall experience!
