I met Steve back in 2013 and never imagined that I would need his expertise. He helped us greatly as our situation was pretty involved and extensive and Steve went far beyond what we expected and/even paid for. I saw first hand his concern and compassion in an emotionally charged environment (Legal Lawsuits/Bankruptcy -Business & Personal). We were fighting against Big Money interests (Power Company Shiesters and unsavory lying Landlords.) He was still able to navigate us through uncertain times and evil people & always had our best interest at hand. I fell ill (3 different cancers in 2 years- one was Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma). And was forced into BK due to Medical bills and lack of physical strength. Steve still remains a good friend today. I highly recommend Steve to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Worst service ever! Was asked to scan and send in papers, I let him know we did not have a scanner and I would drop off the papers to the office when I received them, I went to the office to drop them to the front desk guy, I did not ask to speak with Mr Berken, but later I received an email stating that his office is not a fast food place and I need to make an appointment and there are additional charges for that. To drop off paperwork? Really!!? Among other things Mr Berken is RUDE and wants to charge you every time you open his door. Not good service!
