I recently purchased a home in St. Matthews and enlisted the help of Mike Roberts with Mortgage Warehouse. Needless to say, Mike really made my experience something special. Being new and naive to the process, it was important to work with someone who I could trust and someone who was willing to walk me through everything step-by-step. Mike was prompt in all aspects of the loan process. He wrote me back day and night, and was even available to talk on the weekends. Numbers (especially when you are talking about large sums of money) can be scary, but Mike never failed to explain the purpose behind those numbers and what they meant to the laon. I never once felt out of the loop, nor did I ever feel uncomfortable disclosing my personal financial documents. Mike was great about explaining potential downfalls and red flags, as well finding the easiest and quickest solutions--he made everything much more predictable and easier to handle. I promise that if you use Mike with the Mortgage Warehouse, you will be able to sleep comfortably at night (and eventually in your new home), whether it is your first time buying or otherwise. We were looking to switch from a 30 yfr to a 15 yfr and called Tom Cerbo after hours on a Friday afternoon to leave a callback message. He happened to pick up the phone and we started the process almost immediately with absolutely 0 hiccups. If something was missing, Tom would immediately let us know. Not only were we provided a great mortgage service, Tom alerted us of a 50% upcoming increase in our homeowners insurance (no exaggeration, we were being gouged 50% on our upcoming rate with no claims EVER!!!). After alerting us, he recommended a local agent whom we later contacted. After reviewing the HO policy and our car insurance policy, this guy saved us almost $1300 annually which covered 65% of the increased payment incurred by going to a 15 year mortgage with a hefty cash out. To make a long story short, we were treated like royalty by Mortgage Warehouse / Tom and closed on the loan exactly 1 day short of 3 weeks from the initial phone call.

We recently relocated from out of state, and Mortgage Warehouse was recommended by a realtor. We were hooked up with Tom Cerbo, and he did a fantastic job! It was a long process, and Tom was on top of every detail along the way. He made us aware of every issue that might affect our loan throughout the process. He caught an error on our credit report that popped up between pre-approval and closing that would have had a significant negative impact on our loan by doing unsolicited follow up on our credit to make sure everything was in order. We were able to clear it up before closing and it saved us thousands of dollars. When we finally found a house, Tom worked through multiple options with us until we found one that allowed us to free up cash for improvements and still keep a monthly payment that was within our budget. Tom will have you covered with every detail, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new mortgage/refinance.

Amazing, painless, awesome, great experience with Jay Pierce of Mortgage Warehouse. We decided to refinance, moving to a 15-year mortgage. I found Mortgage Warehouse after some research online and read all the reviews, which were mostly positive. I set up a meeting, thinking there was nothing to lose. Jay was great. He led us through the process, we got an appraisal (which we really wanted after doing so many improvements to our house, and ended up qualifying for $0 - no cost closing. The way I look at it - there is absolutely no reason NOT to have a conversation with Jay to explore your options. We met with him June 30 and closed on July 24. When we talked to our bank, the timeline was more like 6-8 weeks. I will recommend Mortgage Warehouse wholeheartedly to anyone. We could not be more pleased.

Choosing Tom Cerbo was literally the best decision we could have made in our home loan process. My wife and I had initially decided to get our VA loan with USAA who royally butchered the entire process. Frustrated and upset, I ditched USAA and called Tom after getting a referral from a co-worker. He worked his magic to get our closing completed within 3 weeks. For those of you new to VA loans...3 weeks is unheard of!!!! Tom was on-top of the entire loan process every step along the way. He was extremely responsive to email/phone communication, and ensured we were well informed during all parts of the loan process. The Mortgage Warehouse was fantastic! Ask for Tom Cerbo (he is the one you want)! We have closed two homes and Tom took care of us like family on both. There is no one else I would use or recommend.
