I went to the Mens Rights Law Firm with the stress of the world on My shoulders, and lack of confidence. I was involved in a "complicated" Disestablishment of Paternity Case against My Ex-wife. My previous representation, I got rid of for lack of knowledge, and milking me for every dime.... NOT HERE! I met Mr. Irwin at My scheduled consultation. While I do not ever judge a book by its cover, this time I did. He was courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Most important he was HONEST and UP FRONT! Through My 5 months of having him represent me, the communication was there. The law firm was always in contact with me. My concerns were never disregarded and always addressed. After 2 long court sessions, and a 7 Hour trial, Mr. Irwin WON My Petition & My Case! It was one of his most complicated ones that he has ever worked on. While he expressed doubt through the process, he did not throw in the towel. In trial, he went to the mat for me. He fought hard, and even had a few curve balls in my defense on cross examination. If I ever had to go through this roller coaster again, there is NO ONE other than MATT IRWIN whom I would want to be on My Side! I strongly recommend him, and if giving him 100 stars was an option, I would. Look NO FURTHER!

When my now ex-wife chose divorce, I had briefly consulted with other lawyers. Before hiring any of them and on the advice of someone I trust, I visited Men’s Rights Law Firm and explained the situation I was in to Sam Assini. Upon completion of the interview, I felt that this firm was the one to go with. This has been a very difficult divorce. I have been dealt with compassionately and with understanding in the office, and they have been strong in the court room. At the time of this writing, this is an ongoing case of over 5 years. Men’s Rights Law Firm is still behind me. Attorney Matthew Irwin appealed decisions to the appellate court and won, a feat in which I’ve been told is not an easy one. I want to thank Laurence Smith, Matthew Irwin, Stephanie Prado, Gracie Miller, and all the others in the office for their excellent and prompt assistance. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.

If it were an option to give zero stars I would have. This is the most worthless law firm and a complete waste of money. They never return calls or emails unless they are requesting more money to do nothing!!!! They literally didn’t do anything but waste my money. Never filed what was needed never acted on my behalf and when retained who I thought would be Matt, I show up to case management just to find out it’s some new guy that should go work at McDonald’s Terry.... Complete joke of a law firm. After meeting with a REAL ATTORNEY I realize just how much of nothing Mens rights did!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy!!!
