This is an update to my original review. I they may have given me a fair deal on my oil change and belt change, however, they told me I needed transmission cooling lines and it would cost $300.00. I said no because I did not have that kind of money to spend. A couple of days later A friend had me take it to a transmission place to see what they would say. They told me it was only the fittings that I needed. The total job cost under $100.00. AAA Auto is a ripoff, they will try to get money out of anyone. Also want to add that my change oil light stays on for a long time after I start my care each time. This was not happening before the oil change. Original-(Great service, they did everything possible to make sure I had a good deal. All kind and attentive and took great care of me. Definitely will be back next time I need car repairs. Lee went out of his way to help me out and Bill was great too.)

Being from North Carolina, my family and I were down in Greenville for a day, our car broke down and the tow truck driver took it here. All they did was replaced the top dead center sensor and charged a "fair" price of 526, which included 109 for a diagnostic test, a service which is free at many auto parts stores. The parts cost was $100 and the job was 2.5 hours. After all that, they did not even replace the valve cover gasket, which is as any one who knows anything about vehicles knows, is very poor workmanship. Furthermore, the staff were rude and had no explanation for the charges and with out a doubt took advantage of our family during a time of crisis. I would sooner abandon my car on the side of the road then take it to this shop again.

AAA Car Care Center on Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville, SC has maintained my car for four years now. The car, a 2001 Mercury Sable, was in fair shape when I first brought it in to be serviced. Now the car is in excellent shape thanks to AAA Care Car Center. I feel they are honest and will try to help you keep your car as long as possible. The staff has been more than accommodating in helping me maintain my car. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you, to the entire shop and staff.

This is one of the worst possible places to get your car fixed. They charged an insane amount of money to "fix" something and made it worse. This is like an internet troll in real life. How they can be certified for anything, let alone to fix cars is beyond me. If you have to bring your car here I recommend running away to a place that knows the difference between a wrench and their own body orifices. It is laughable they have the gall to advertise they can fix a car.

A Private User

I had to have my vehicle towed by AAA and they recommended their Care Car Center. The estimate I received was hundreds of dollars (45%) higher than the next estimate. I had to pay to have it towed again but still saved hundreds. When I called back their service manager said their estimate mistakenly had doubled the labor charge. Perhaps this was a mistake on their part but let the buyer beware.

My trip to AAA was wonderful. My car had starting and alignment issues. They explained exactly what they were doing and inspected in a reasonable amount of time to be accurate and considerate of me. They took me home and picked me up when done. They also have great prices. Thank you Lee Griffin for your advice and care. I highly recommend this AAA.

We were travelling and had to have some sounds checked to make sure we were safe to get back on the road. Excellent, friendly staff; straightforward description of the problem; and quick resolution. If other service centers used this place as a model, car maintenance would not be so traumatic.

I took my daughters car in for an alternator but got 4 calls over two days with new problems. The last being a ruined oil pan and plug but when we said we would tow the car to another garage the problem was said to have been a mistake. The employees are either crooked or incompitant
