CONSUMER BEWARE!!! How interesting that Robert Darbelnet, is Keynote speaker for Mobile AC Society meeting. My Parents (80 & 90 yrs old) took their Toyota Avalon to AAA Car Care Center in Greenville SC on July 1, 2014, to have their AC repaired which was supposed to take 1/12 days, and they still do not have it back more than 1 month later. After 10 days of AAA telling us what was going on, AAA had it towed to the Toyota Dealership because it would not start and had multiple electrical issues. The Technician they had working not he car did not know what he was doing and caused major electrical damage to the car.Not only that, the Inside of the car looked like a War Zone. Gashes in the Dash and trim of the car, AAA lost the nut that held on the Steering wheel, Stripped bolts to the dash,Scratches and a dent on the exterior, on and on.The worst part is, that AAA NEVER told us about the damage. We had to find out on our own. ALL we have asked is that they warrant their work (as they profess), Repair the damage caused by their disgruntled employee, and reimburse us for the Rental car my parents have had to pay for while AAA decided whether or not to do what is right.They have refused our request.... Maybe Mr Dalberlnet should spend some time investigating the service his locations are providing before he goes before the MACS as an "Expert" in Mobile AC Service. I have given AAA more than a month to make this right as a result of their lack of interest to make their wrongs right, I give them a NO STAR!

If there is absolutely no where else to take your vehicle, leave it where it is! This place has no moral compass and should not be allowed to steal from folks as they appear to be. They charged me more than DOUBLE what another shop told me should have been charged - over a grand for a simple repair on a 10 year old truck. I diagnosed the problem when I put it there, and they still charged nearly $200 just for "diagnosis"! Of course the diagnosis was exactly what I said it needed. The new pricing was then discussed - with the diagnosis fee already charged. To top it all off, the tech siphoned out most of the gas. When asked about that, I was told he must have "forgot" to put it back in. Amazing...how stupid is the manager(s) there? I cannot believe how short sighted some business managers and owners are. Healthy businesses thrive on repeat and trusting clients. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS ONE.

customer service was great but maintenance was not very professional... brought my car in for an oil change and pre trip inspection... after taking much longer than i expected the condition of the car was not explained to me in detail... I was forced to ask questions to see if they had checked everything prior to my trip... the service rep insured me it had, i paid and went home... two days later when checking the tire pressure on all my vehicle I found that the tires on the car i brought in were all low, some as low as 5 lbs. of pressure... tire pressure in my opinion should have been one of the first things checked in a pre-trip inspection... all in all,,, my rating for AAA is low and I will start going back to Firestone...

Horrible. Came last Saturday. Set appt. For today. No record of my name. I figured it would be bad when the guy was writing my name down on a napkin for an appointment... Going on 2 hours now... for a basic oil change. An elderly lady waiting next to me also had a 2 hour oil change... What the hell people? The guy behind the counter today was nice. I give him credit, but come on guys... Really?

Excellent customer service! Allison went above and beyond when I had an issue with a car she had reserved for me through Hertz. Not only did she visit them in person about it, she had them deliver a new car to me at work the same day. She is definitely a huge value to their company.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Nasty people, incompetent clueless mechanics. Charged twice what a dealership wanted..and was using knock off parts. Horrible service. Rude to me and downright hateful to my wife. NEVER let these rude, incompetent, useless idiots near your car.

Gary helped me with issues with my car. Diagnosed and identified the issue promptly, and kept communication lines open during the entire process. Sad that I cannot afford to repair my vehicle, but the customer service was fantastic at this location

Very good service! Made an appointment and while it took longer than I thought (an hour plus for my oil change). Price was very far. They even check my car over for a few things. The service advisor was very helpful as well.

Told me one price and needed half up front so I paid them and when the job was complete told me I still owe two times the quote . Not happening here. They are scam artist and cheat you. Ask them their labor rates.
