they should be ashamed to be called a company. they should not be in business. they are rude and wont pick up their costumer service calls. they called me from a private number, threatened me if i didnt sign their documents they sent me via email they would cancel my insurance, but i never received any email!! i have called every single of their numbers. they wont pick up any of them. im starting to think this company is a SCAM! be aware!!

I was very pleased with the service provided by agent, Karola Barreto. She was able to assist me in finding my car policy. I did not have to wait too long to be able to speak to an agent, and she was great. I appreciated the details and thoroughness she provided prior to finalizing the policy. took TWO IN A HALF HOURS to just get an email and fax of my policy for the dealership im at. spoke to FIVE representatives and was either put on hold, transferred, and/or thrown back into the waiting queue. will be contacting corporate if they even have one.

No one answers the phone. Was in hospital called every day could not get an answer. They canceled my policy after 15 days behind payment didnt attempt to cantact me. Poor customer service.
