As a client of North West Collectors I have been very pleased with their service and rate of return. I am located in Missoula County, own a small property management company, and have been using their services since 2009. The majority of accounts I turn over to NWC are for unpaid rents or damages to our properties. I find that NWC is up to date on all fair credit laws which gives my company additional protection. NWC attends continuing education courses within their industry to stay abreast of upcoming and recent law changes. Additionally, NWC is an instructor for other industries regarding collection proceedings, requirements, and laws. The staff at NWC are always pleasant with my staff and our customers being turned over to collections. Our goal is to attempt mediation and settle without proceeding with legal action which NWC is great with accommodating. However, NWC is a stern company with the goal to seek results…..and results is exactly what I receive. I couldn’t recommend any other collection company more than NWC!
