First off they cancelled my first appointment while I was en route. This was my first encounter. Then I called back to reschuled. I was in the office for less than 5 minutes. The lady who came to get us introduced herself and took is thru a maze a in the building to a tiny office where we sat down to Speak to a guy who never introduced his self. He asked how he could help. I explains I would like to know show his program worked he waited 2 seconds and asked the same question. So I asked the same question again then he give a brief description of what they are suppose to do and tell what he needs to he started. I talked to this company 2 or three times over the phone they never explained what you need when u come in. Just a complete waist of time on top of the the guy was rude.
