I recently came back to the area, and from the moment i signed in wrong, to the moment I had an issue that was potentially a massive headache and would be treated as such in any other financial establishment, Keyona, and the staff at DOFCU in Georgetown were simply astonishing, and amazing. Within the hour, my issues were smoothed out, beyond my wildest hopes for just how easy they made it for me. Keyona catered to my disability very well, and I cant tell you how much the entire experience meant to me. Through her listening to my daily issues, she suggested and helped me get the Mobile App, Online Banking and Estatements as im often out of town for my, or my childrens medical needs. If others are treating you wrong, you will not find anyone better than Keyona and the staff here. Just a fantastic place to do business, and im thrilled to be on board with Del One.

I have been a customer with Del-One for a long time and I must say that over the years I have been very happy with the ladies in there. They have become apart of my family when ever I need anything they are always willing to help. Ms.J.Williams is awesome always kind and communicates with me very well on the things that I need to do and helps me understand the process of what I am trying to do. It takes strong people to have good customer service because we as a public are not always right nor are we always in a good mood when we present ourselves to other.
