I think it is funny how we give them low scores, when they are doing their job and YOU Do owe them money - TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for your finances. I did owe the money and they worked with me to make payment arrangements I was comfortable with, they are very easy to deal with when you agree to pay SOMETHING! The people over the phone did not seem like they were the most professional, but they were always polite and shocked that I was willing to pay.

These people are great at their job. Yes, I owed money and they called me until I answered the phone. But that is their job right? The man I spoke (his name is Ashok) with was kind, courteous and patient as I asked multiple questions to verify the validity of the company. They really pushed to get the payment made by the end of the month (again, their job) and were willing to discount my total amount owed by over 60% so I could get it payed off.

Working with a lady called Clair Gibson very aggressive for herself. Not in the best interest of the customer. Treats you like a criminal and has private investigators threaten you for payment. They are a bully and do not work for you . Report them they should not be treating you that way If I know I owe the amount I am glad to pay for what I owe but send it in writing and then I would work with them but instead they threaten to you.

How about YOU dont owe them. And unless they have extended credit to you, they shouldnt be reporting anything! If their stupid a** employees would get off this review and stop trying to limit FREDOM OF SPEECH, I wouldnt have had to write this!! They are a rip off and should be sued, bet they will stop calling you all together. Next time they call you, send them a cease and desist letter. they have to stop bothering you then!! :)

I discovered I had an item in collections with this company when I checked my credit report. I have since tried getting a hold of this company 5 different times through phone calls and filling out their online form to contact me and either get no response or voice mails. I have left three voice mails and still no one gets in contact with me. looks like disputing this item will be easy if there is no one available to verify.

they are a class act SCAM. They Really have their stuff together to doop you. I believe they hacked information from a hospital and made up charges. The hospital knew nothing of these charges, or had ever heard of this collection agency. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILE A COMPLAINT JUST LIKE I DID.

She was very business like, not pushy but was firm on finding a solution. I felt no judgment from her either. Which really helps, debt sucks. It could have been a lot worse...
