Worst company ever.....was hit by one of their insured drivers....that was 2months ago......same experience as all other reviews....they will lie ,hang up on you,,,refuse to get supervisor. .....ive had to turn this over to the state insurance commission office....they have started investigation. .... in the mean time I hope and pray that one of these horrible people are in a car accident with heavy bodily injury aad while they are in the hospital they use that time to think what horrible people they are

Your company stinks. I have called my adjuster several times and left a message four separate times in the last two weeks. No response. I called this afternoon and asked to speak to a supervisor. The operator who answered the phone first claimed to BE a supervisor, then was very rude and condescending. Finally, after taking my name and claim number, she transfered me to an actual supervisor. Edit to add: My adjuster is also Monica Garcia. Four voicemails in two weeks. No returned calls.

trying to get my window replaced after it was busted out they called me one time i missed the call due to being in the hospital now i cant get them to call me back they say they have been trying to get ahold of me i have received only ONE call. horrible experience thinking im gonna have to suck it up and go back to paying outrageous prices for geico but at least thry get stuff done

Dealing with the claims department is an absolute nightmare. Some of the rudest people and by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Getting my truck repaired has been the longest process ever for numerous reasons. Mynow stuck in a shop waiting on Equity to pay their part so I can pick up my vehicle. I strongly advice people to take their business elsewhere!

Its even nxt to impossible to even pay my monthly insurance payment, the customer service is not very helpful at all, the lady i talked to sounded like she was on some sort of tranquilizer....almost as bad as casualty corporation except casualty happily took my money no problem, but this equity insurance dont like money i guess.

I called the night I had my accident and left a message of what happened ,and to please return my call asap,no call back,I called and left another message,day 2,still no call back,I called them again and finally the claims lady finally answered..only to be rude....this is a HORRIBLE company,I would not recommend them to anyone!!

Horrible customer service and my claims agent was rude and disrespectful. Momica Garcia NEVER answered my phone calls. Took months to settle.My injury claim was supposed to be sent to me about a month ago. I never received anything so I called back and they said that they forgot to send it. Really??

Pray you are not hit by anyone with this insurance and if you are, goodluck getting your damages covered. No return calls after leaving several messages. Was finally told they closed the claim because they didnt hear from us? Getting an attorney is our only option. Claims adjuster is Kendal Hanes

About as useful as a poopy-flavored lollipop. I was hit by one of their insured, so it makes sense that they ignore me AND give me attitude when I bring up their poor service. After seeing all of these complaints, I see fit to contact the state attorney general and file a formal complaint.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with an insurance company. It took 2 months to get a situation handled and that is after calling and emailing nearly every day. People, beware of using this insurance company. It will save you a huge headache in the end.
