Dave Raml truly is a pillar of the Black Hills, Rapid City, and western South Dakota. He truly represents the best of this region and the best of State Farm. I do not just say this because he is my neighbor and now my State Farm agent. My wife and I have always had great service with State Farm since my wife brought me over from another insurer after we were married. State Farm has seen us through some tough times and always been that "good neighbor." Dave takes that good neighbor approach to his clients literally and figuratively in my case. I just sat down with him yesterday to review all of policies now that we have moved to Rapid City, and I am beginning my medical career after med school, residency and fellowship (all of which State Farm has been there through thick and thin). I was so impressed on the personal touch Dave and his staff took with my wife and I on our personal and professional endeavors. He really looked at our situation holistically (just as I try to do with my patients). He addressed all of our State Farm accounts and offered advice and education on policies inside and outside State Farm. He truly represents the best of his company, and he and his staff are the good neighbors that trust to insure the most precious things to me personally and professionally.

Seems like a really good guy and good agency. He helped my in-laws out with their special requirements for auto insurance and helped them arrange to save 500 bucks a year on their home owners insurance, which was also already with his agency. The insurance has also been pretty good, they get a lot of hail storms and the insurance took care of the damage each time it was severe enough to require repairs.
