I highly recommend Dolan & Maloney as an insurance agency. I have been a happy customer for over 3 years now. Personalize service has become extremely rare in this industry, and that is exactly what you get with Dolan & Maloney. Something as simple as getting someone to answer a phone call at the "big box" agencies is a challenge, not with Dolan & Maloney. It is refreshing to see a small business take such a customer centric approach to insurance, and make doing business with them, SIMPLE. They go above and beyond what is expected to ensure you are happy with their service. I also appreciate the professionalism, and honestly I get from Dolan & Maloney. Speak to any member of the office, and you will realize you are in good hands, with good, honest people. That goes a long way for me.

I started working with Patrick at Dolan & Maloney back in August of 2016 when I was purchasing my first home and looking for insurance coverage. Not only did he help me get a homeowner policy, but he also helped change my auto policies over so I could get the best coverage and any applicable discounts. His customer service skills are wonderful. Any time I had a question, I could zip him an email or make a quick call and he was ready and willing to help. Even recently when one of our cars was involved in an accident on the weekend, when the agency is closed, I emailed Pat and still received a response within 24 hours. I recommend him, and his company, very highly.

Patrick Tobiason of Dolan and Maloney Insurance is a professional through and through. I was doing research in finding an insurance agent that is trusted in my locale. My brother referred me to D &M. I used Dolan & Maloney, specifically PJ Maloney to change my auto insurance and get a lower rate than what I have been paying with a large company. Unlike the previous company, PJ was able to explain my coverage options to me very clearly and give me a few different options to stay in my price range without taking too much risk. This was the first time I was able to actually make sense of what my coverage model even meant! He got back to me very quickly and was able to save me money while doing so! untimely---stall your quote for so long and then give you a figure over twice what others charge. owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and hangs up on his customers after charging huge cancellation fees. horrible company, please do not buy insurance here, it will be a very costly mistake.
