My while experience was the most worry free process it could have been. Everything was handled by Robin and Amy. Amy in particular was very attentive. She called and checked on my progress, any questions I had she always got back to me in a timely fashion. The amount of empathy displayed by both Robin and Amy was so wonderful. I truly felt that they understood my pain both emotional and physical. They made this horrible process much easier to deal with so I could concentrate on getting well. They make a great team and are a true asset to the Crocker Firm.
