This bank is not only unprofessional, they do not inform the customer properly of BOA protocol, it is so important for the teller to disclose after waiting in an hour line that after we run your atm if it declines that the card cannot be ran again at that bank for that day. the tellers are extremely slow they looked overwhelmed not happy I will never have a bank of america account bad taste in my mouth the teller very young immature her name is Tanya Jimenez she was screaming back at me arguing with me you can right away tell this was her first job.

The wait time is awful here and the tellers work super slow. It is also really difficult to get parking. Took 20 minutes just to get up to the teller. They seem to have problems with their service a lot here too.

this is the worse p bank, the agents stays in the room, making phone calls and let customer wait for over 30minutes. two angents did same.
