AAFCU is truly horrible. They repossessed my vehicle even though I never missed a principal payment - vehicle was repossessed because it was in storage and had comprehensive coverage (fire, vandalism, theft etc) as opposed to full insurance coverage (collision, glass etc). I called them on a Thursday and told their rep that I would be paying the car off in FULL the following Monday and was assured that "a note was made in the system that the car will be paid off on Monday." The rep clearly did not communicate this to the necessary people and the car was repossessed the Saturday night before it was set to be paid off. They then slapped me with a $1500 repossession fee and the repossession company they chose was a disaster. I will never use their services again.

An account holder for years, I am so disappointed. I have both business and personal checking and savings accounts and the when they say the new online banking experience has landed they mean it has crash landed! HOURS on the phone with multiple disconnects and no resolution. HORRIBLE accountability and customer service.
