When comes to home financing it is always a stressful time for families, lot of documents, questions and papers. It is great to know On Q team. We have not seen such a professional and customer focus lending team. They are always available and the response time is fabulous. We have worked in past several banks and lending professionals, but never experienced such a seamless process and professionalism. Patrik, Bill and John Blanchett are not only very knowledgeable regarding home financing, but very customer focused. We initially choose a big bank but hate to say the professionalism and customer focus is lacking in big banks. On Q staff is highly diligent, honest and professional team.
