Bernstein and Poisson are caring and extremely professional Las Vegas lawyers. I hired them to assist me with a malpractice case against a doctor who carelessly injured me. The trial was handled by attorney Scott Poisson who put on the most amazing jury trial for me and won a verdict on August 1, 2012 in the amount of $420,696.89. Scott spoke the most vividly descriptive speech in the opening statement and did the same in the closing statement summarizing the evidence for the jury. He was a master at jury selection. He was totally prepared and helped me through the litigation process always answering all questions. Scott Poisson is an incredible trial attorney. He has the most amazing photographic memory which helped him know my file that looked like it filled up two complete file cabinets. His Partner Jack Bernstein was caring and helpful all the way through too. Jack was at the important hearings in front of the judge helping with legal arguments, and both Scott and Jack attended a mediation with me before trial. I want to tell every person in Nevada and Las Vegas that needs a trustworthy and hard working personal injury lawyer and law firm to hire Bernstein and Poisson. They have staff attorneys and support paralegals that assisted me all the way through as well. I want to personally thank them for fighting so hard to get me justice for the harms I was caused. I will never meet a team of lawyers as professional as the lawyers Jack Bernstein, Scott Poisson and Glen Howard that worked on my case. I got a good settlement out of my car accident. We were stopped on the freeway and someone rear-ended us. I was left with a life long injury. The medical bills piled up quickly and Christopher Burke, attorney was able to get the bills talked down to "medicare allowable prices" rather than the HUGE bills they originally billed. that part was 5 STARS. The 3 STARS is an average of the over all service of this law firm. Mr. Burke never kept me informed of where he was on the case. I would have to call and call and leave messages and THEN FINALLY I would get him on his cell phone. The office was horrible about answering... they would let it ring and ring!!! End the end everything it all worked out; but I and my husband had to hound him for results. It dragged out for 9 months after I was done with therapy and the injury was ruled lifelong.

The associate who took my case appropriated my funds incorrectly forcing me to have to fight for what was owed to me. And, during my trial he added my bills incorrectly in front of the jury so the defense lawyer had to correct his math. So embarrassing. I HIGHLY recommend using a another agency. This was my biggest mistake.

Had a real hands off experience with Bernstein & Poisson, I had to go to the office on Jones Blvd maybe twice and they took care of the rest for me. GIECO placed a few hurdles in the way of the settlement so receiving a payment took a while but it did finally happen and I was happy with what I got, would recommend to anyone.
