First off, I want to say thanks to Mr. Garret Ogata and his wonderful staff for seeing me through this difficult time in my life. Although, I wouldn’t wish my situation upon anyone else in the world, if you happen to be going through close to the same thing I went through, Mr. Ogata and his staff are definitely the firm I would recommend over any other. Unfortunately, I was in personal situations that created horrible decisions on my behalf that led me to drive under the influence and landed in me in jail. Given the circumstances of my case, my outcome was very bleak to say the least. Mr. Ogata and his staff clearly went through and explained every situation possible and their outcomes. Through their constant communication and expert analysis of the court system, Mr. Ogata got me a deal that will forever change my life moving forward and actually being able to carry on a life. Again, my actions were definitely the wrong ones that night and will never happen again. Thanks to the Ogata team, I’m able to live and grow from this instead of just live, staring at the 4 walls of a jail cell. Please consult with this team before or after any other you may have heard of or talked to before committing, trust me, it is well worth it. V

Gary Ogata represented me for two cases this year; DUI and MVA at the same time. I was not expecting to get involved with both and did not know what to do or what lawyer to choose. I kept doing researching trying to find the best one out here in Vegas. I did go to several consults here in Las Vegas and I did not like any of them. I heard about him by a family friend. I did not feel confident with any of the other lawyers taking my case. When I first met Gary Ogata, I felt welcomed. My first impression with him was "confidence". He heard me out, broke down all of his ideas, he was very sincere on the disadvantages and advantages I would have with the case. He was there when I needed help. He would follow-up with me regularly not like other lawyers. He got me a great result. Overall he is great and he is a lawyer to look for. I also recommended a co worker who was in a complicated case as well which she agreed upon and also was satisfied with her result at the end. My experience with Mr. Ogata and his staff went very well. Mr. Ogata is a very sharp professional in his field of work. He was able to help me when I was facing charges relating to a DUI and charges from a car accident (separate cases) that would have landed me some serious jail time. He also recommended a personal injury firm that is working on a case against the vehicle manufacturer. Communication was always present and any time I had a question I was able to contact the office and speak with the knowledgeable staff or Mr. Ogata himself. He got my charges dropped and reduced and I am very happy to have him represent me now and in the future.

Etrremely unprofessional from him personally to billing and poor office staff. He was late to court. Poor communication. Went to a scheduled court date with no communication. He never showed sent another lawyer but never told me i didnt need to be there. Lost a days worth of work. He cost me alot more then just his fees. Went to court paid the fine gave him a copy of receipt to close the case. A month later his office called asking for the receipt. Do yourself a favor find a different lawyer.
