In regards to the 1 negative review I would like to explain. The gentleman writing the review is a local sales person and knows the state of the enconomy we were in at the time. This was at the height of the economic downturn. Fidelis is one of the only companies that did not fire or lay off any employees during that time. We asked all incoming applications to pay for their credit reports which many companies do all the time. This was temporary and it was a cost between 6 dollars to 25 dollars while all of our time was donated for free. Currently we do not charge for credit checks. Joe Klepchick is one of the most outstanding gentleman I have ever met. Contributing to charitites and various other causes. The individual complaining never called me with any complaints. At the end of the day we never caused this individual any harm nor did we cost him money. We are a small family owned business dedicated to helping others.

I had worked with Fidelis Mortgage Corporation in April & May of 2017 as a first time home buyer. I had done a lot of research my self yet Fidelis helped me consider which loan type was most appropriate to my situation as well as benefits and drawbacks to each. Fidelis was very helpful in explaining their process and helping me understand the finer details of the finances behind various properties that were being considered. My Fidelis representative was quick to communicate their financial quotes across to me and always extended their help at anytime if any details were unclear. I would recommend Fidelis to a stranger as they are very competent within the industry. Even my relator who had never worked with Fidelis was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to work with this mortgage company.

When I sold my home and purchased another, I was under a severe time crunch (under 45 days) to get everything completed for settlement for the new home purchase. I had gotten pre-approved through another company; however, my realtor had worked with Fidelis quite a bit in the past, said that she knew they could get everything done in time and she had reservations that the other company could (even with pre-approval). My realtor was absolutely correct! Fidelis was wonderful to work with and moved at the speed and accuracy I needed. Closing was actually bumped up slightly due to Fidelis being able to get everything completed early. A++++

Simply Amazing! The team at Fidelis guided us through the first-time home buying process like we were their only client. Joe was able to talk to us, seemingly at all hours, to help answer questions and their office staff did the same.
