Attended a seminar promoting Rocky Mountaineer rail excursions and must say the presentation left something to be desired. The seminar was very informative and helpful and the persons presenting the seminar did an outstanding job presenting the information and answering all the followup questions, but the facility was less than perfect. The presentation took place in the back of the room and was partitioned off the rest of the office so there was little privacy. The partition walls did not go up to the ceiling so the light from the rest of the office made it difficult to view the slide show and all during the presentation we could hear other employees talking on the phone conducting business. The presentation, subject matter and presenters were great, but the facilities could stand a bit of improvement.

Wendy in your East side office was extremely helpful arranging and coordinating my upcoming trip. She helped with the flights and found the best prices for me. She also arranged a rental car for me. By doing all of this she made my trip so less stressful. She made me copies of the trip plus sent me info via e-mail. She knew her job and did an excellent job. Wendy is a great representative for AAA

I walked in without an appointment and went home with travel guides, maps etc. that will help me plan a road trip to several states. The gal behind the desk was pleasant and helpful. I know now that I can go on line and the travel books can be mailed to me. I travel with AAA in my car!
