The staff were perfectly friendly, but the building seemed somewhat unprofessional, specifically in the areas where customers are supposed to meet with their agent to discuss accident/Insurance estimates. The “cubicles” were basically open to the rest of the office, so basically there was no hope of having a completely private conversation. Other than the building issues there wasn’t really anything else wrong with the place! If you aren’t big on privacy or you just don’t care, then this location will suit your needs in every other way.

Female employee treated my parents very poorly. She was very unprofessional rolling her eyes and raising her voice. I am making arrangements for them to use a different insurance company all together.
