Like a good portion of people, I was faced with an impending divorce. A close friend referred me to Kelleher & Kelleher. From the moment they answered the phone, to the very first meeting with John Kelleher, to the end of my case, everyone was amazing. They are kind, friendly, understanding and patient. John Kelleher is a wonderful attorney. During our initial consultation I knew immediately that I was going to hire him. To say he is extremely knowledgeable would be an understatement. I have made a few trips to court and Mr. Kelleher, Natalia Merino and Chris Carr have been there every step of the way, guiding me, holding my hand & working their magic in court. They took a scary, stressful and disturbing time and made it easier for me to handle. Whenever I went back to court, I wasn’t scared or apprehensive, because the entire firm is brilliant. They were very reassuring and THAT peace of mind is priceless. Their number one priority is the case and their client. Nothing else comes before that. There is nothing more stressful or life consuming than a child custody case. Literally handing your life and that of your child over to an attorney and a judge and trusting them to do the right thing for your family is heartbreaking at times. Through a year and a half of motion after motion, and hearing after hearing, and paperwork that seemed never ending, they never once dropped the ball. And when it came to trial, a situation where generally no one feels at ease and everyone is on edge, they were calm and focused and supportive. Fortunately, I found John Kelleher. He not only took on a case seemingly too complicated for other attorneys, he will listen to your concerns and show up to court VERY prepared. This staff is amazing things are completed and filed on time and you are kept in the loop as to what is happening. I was faced with an urgent custody matter that was very time sensitive. When I contacted my previous lawyer from my custody battle he did not make the time for me and his assistants gave me the run around on how to handle it. This firm helped me out quite a bind. I was going through quite a battle with my ex husband for custody and several other issues, and coming from the UK I was quite concerned to say the least that I would not be able to win the case. However, John and his team managed to get my divorce and custody issues settled and I am extremely pleased and relieved (I might add) with the outcome.
