Mary Wilson’s office has always met any need that I have brought to the table. I have reached out to my point of contact (Blake Burd) on and off hours for his advice, policy inquiries and adjustments. Not only do I have a main POC within the office but I hear from the other members quite frequently to verify that I am update on my property insurance. I have a number of polices with this group currently and any policy I will need in the future they will be my first call. I have also referred family and friends into Mary Wilson’s office and they have treated them the same as myself, professional, friendly and 100% took care of their needs.

I was surprised to learn that my State Farm agent that currently provides me exceptional service on my home, auto, and life insurance also offers BANK! Mary Wilson’s office has given me no reason to do business at any other office for any reason. I have all my insurance and bank needs taken care of in one place. Mary’s office did a bank loan for me over the weekend and was available to answer questions via email way past office hours. I have never received this kind of service anywhere else. I highly recommend Mary Wilson if you are looking for an excellent agent.

Just switched from GEICO to State Farm with Mary Wilson, (and Brady Smith). When I informed GEICO that I was leaving them (after 16 years), rather than come up with more competitive rates, they tried to convince me that State Farm would offer lower INTRODUCTORY rates, only to change them once they signed me up. Well, contrary to what GEICO was warning me about, State Farm has delivered on the promise, and the transition has been seamless. I had my homeowners insurance with SF also, so that helped, but I strongly recommend this office if you value no surprises.

Mary Wilson is not all at concerned with her policy holders. Consistently works against you in order to save face with other companies she partners with, whether it be at the expense of your home, car or otherwise. Find another agent, find another company.
