This company is extremely unprofessional. One of their clients damaged my car. My insurance company contacted Preferred Mutual right away and let me know that a claims adjuster from Preferred Mutual would be contacting me within one or two days. She never did. I did receive correspondence and I sent the information back complete with the police report, the witness information and the estimate from the company I leased my vehicle from. It has been almost two months and I have still not heard anything from the claims adjuster from Preferred Mutual. I contacted her today and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. She clearly received my correspondence but dropped the ball completely.

They refused to renew my policy after a claim. I thought that was the whole purpose of having insurance??? Would not recommend them to anyone.
