I gifted my granddaughter with motorcycle road service with AAA. When she broke down and needed to have it towed to a repair shop, I called requesting the service. The person who answered the phone at AAA first informed me there was no record of her having motorcycle coverage. I explained that I paid the extra fee for it when renewing it this past April. I told her the scooter was at my house. She then proceeded to tell me that a scooter is not eligible for motorcycle coverage. I was so incensed that I asked for a supervisor who looked at the account and again said there was no motorcycle coverage for that account. But, she further said there was a record of her being towed in March. So, after being on the telephone for 45 minutes, they finally agreed that she did have coverage. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the ridiculousness of the entire episode. I hope other customers have a better outcome when they call for service.

Keep away from this Insurance Agency!!!. They only charged you money, but the service was terrible without any responsibility. I have a business with the agent Randy Bridges for 2 years. First, he charged my money for home insurance, but forgot to buy home insurance for me for three months. Second, I complained it and want to talk with his manager, so he canceled my home insurance. You hard to contact him with phone or email, he never reply your email on time. Moreover, the insurances from AAA are usually poor reputation. Be careful and keep away from this agency even through it may offer 10% cheaper insurance.

Worst service ever called on 416 waited over 4 hours so decided to get a ride so tried again on 417 sane thing my daddy just wanted to get his car home so someone can come and look at.... ugh worst road assistant service ever
