this company is good place to work have nice environment I got offer to work there and during the training program they have something call (test call ) I fail on first one but I retake it and did really great but for some reason they say you also fail ???? that was completely not right but I think the reason is my accent and the way I speak English over the phone the management and trainer team not like it and that is very stupid why you hire someone and you know the first language is not English and after that you start blame him on his accent so please put in the job requirements only the native English speaker qualify to apply

The process of exchanging my broken iPhone 6 was easy and simple. The problem came with the new phone. While a new phone for replacement would be nice, a good refurbed phone was also acceptable. The problem comes in that it was not a good refurbed phone. The screen had a blemish. So the automatic mailer they gave me for my old phone was nice and easy, the promptness of the new phone arriving (under 24-hours) was excellent, but the actual replacement was less than stellar. Considering the deductible was $200 and for a bit more I could probably find a phone on eBay in better condition, I was a bit disappointed.

This was the quickest, easiest, most painless experience I have EVER had with replacement of a defective/broken device of any kind. I was totally at fault for the accidental destruction of my new phone. True to their word, the device was replaced with a new one in a timely manner. I will never own a device without Asurion coverage!

I had difficulty paying online. I had to re-enter my credit card information several times. My account was then sent to their claims department which delayed the process by 1 day. Called the customer service number and they were very little help. Some sort of "glitch".
