With increased responsibilities in a new position, I have needed to reach out to Jones Ins. on numerous occasions to tap into their expertise. Alanna Messimore in particular has always been very responsive to my inquiries (including urgent, last minute requests). She is very detailed and knowledgable, and takes the time to explain things in a friendly, understandable manner. In an age where customer service seems to be a dying concept, Alanna and Jones Insurance deliver the absolute best in products and client care.
