We made the switch to American Family Insurance over 5 years ago. We had been using Allstate Insurance. At the time we only had 2 vehicles, one full coverage and the other liability. My wife and I were thrilled when we found out we could have both vehicles with full coverage and life insurance added for us and our daughter for the same price. You can always count on Jennifer to get the job done right the first time. Jennifer is hands down the best insurance agent you will find. If I could give zero stars, I would. I asked to have them start my policy on the 18th and instead started it on the fifth. When I called to change it, they charged me over a 100 dollars. Also called a few months later to cancel since this insurance agency is SO expensive, and they charged me even more money to cancel when I had been told I would not be charged to cancel. Jennifer is also very rude as the first day I went in to start a policy, she yelled at her employee for taking too long to call someone back as she was trying to help me
