My Husband and I have our home, auto, and life insurance through American Family-Tiffany Flores agency.This agency is top notch! You will be amazed at the amount of money you can save just by changing insurance companies. The staff is proactive in saving you money which is rare in the insurance business. If anything changes with your policy, they email/call you before the letter ever arrives from Corporate as to explain the changes. They appreciate your business and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your coverage. I recommend them to everyone I know, including you! We switched to American Family and Tiffany Flores about a year ago due to better rates. Tiffany and her staff have always been very responsive and prompt in returning our calls and providing quotes when needed. We did have a car towed to an automobile dealer due to mechanical problems and this feature in the policy was handled quickly and efficiently. We are moving to another area about 90 miles away but Tiffany will remain our agent. We highly recommend American Family and Tiffany Flores.
