At 1st I loved navy federal. then i had a few pay days fall on hollidays, my employer moved our pay day up and every one at my work got their checks except for us who bank at navy federal. Ours were left for multiple days in pending status, not sure why every other bank can get their customers money to them on their paydays but navy federal can not! I have since swithced to another great credit union and hav eno issues i still maintain my NFCU account but with very limited funds. Another issue is that you can not find the branch specific phone numbers. only 1800

I recently had fraudulent purchases made to my check card and with the help of this institution and a Navy Fed representative; Matt who was so helpful to walk me through the process of how to file my claim. I have been a member of this credit union for over 25 years and will remain a faithful member for more years to come. Thank you!
