Bank charges 2( -$28) ($56) overdraft fee for a $1.88 debit card charge bringing the account tp -$57.88. Asked them the reason for me been charged both fees on one overdraft ? Answer was the system does not understand logic. The Mgr I spoke to on phone went ahead and said "if you like call a thousand times, fee will not be waived cos it is not bank error" . Simple Maths.. overdraft $1.88 is only supposed to incur a $28 fee not a double charge. I would not have my enemy bank with FirstMark CU. Terrible experience

Presently in the branch and have been waiting for over 20 minutes to ask a simple online banking question. Only the office people can answer even though tellers can see all the account info. 2 people to help in the lobby with 7 other empty offices. Try using your fees to employee more help.
