The new location is very far and inconvenient, no drive through, calls are forwarded to a call center that can not help you with your banking needs and have no clue on what they are doing it you leave a message for a call back from a HEB Federal Credit Union employee to call you back to help you with your banking needs, you get a response a week and a half later asking if you still need help with your banking needs. I also do not feel comfortable with a non HEB Federal Credit Union employee looking and having access to my banking information and account numbers.

New location is a big inconvenience! Second the answering service they have has never been able to resolve anything and last their hours are horrible 9-5 and then you call at 9 and still get answering service. Been a member over 11 years and it just seems to be getting worse. Defiantly looking for another bank.

Most out of the way credit union. Why on earth would HEB have 30 to 40 stores and 1 credit union for its 500+ employees? Its unreasonable and incomprehensible.

We have been guest of theirs for 10+ years. In The last 2 years things have gotten drastically different for the worse. We are very unhappy and are moving banks.
