I’ve been banking with Aerospace Federal Credit Union (AFCU) for the past 10 years, they have done a wonderful job advising and assisting me in my banking needs. Michael Arispe (loan manager) and his very attentive staff, Vanessa and Elizabeth have gone out of their way to help finance my car collection and to keep me inform of the latest promotions they feel will benefit me. I bank at several other financial institution for a number of reason, but AFCU is my favorite and they are the heart of my financial team. If you are tired of being treated like a number and waiting in those long lines at those big banks. I strongly recommend AFCU, their attention to your needs and professionalism is hard to beat.

I have been a member of Aerospace Federal Credit Union for more than 30 years and have financed several vehicles with them even though I have moved out of state. The auto loan process is very easy to do on-line and their loan rate was simply the best! I was exceptionally impressed with Loan Officer Vanessa Dunn. She notified me once loan was approved and stayed in communication throughout the process of buying my new vehicle through Autoland. I encountered no problems and enjoyed how easy it all worked. Definitely a better experience than dealing with a car dealership!!!

Not all their customer service employees are horrible. But getting their app to work initially was overly difficult and the entire system of opening an account here needs improvement to make the process smooth and more customer friendly. The app is buggy, but usable once you are finally able to access it after having gone in person to the credit union to get your access established.
