This place needs to hire more associates or close it. It took them more than 15 minutes just to let me open my safe box (every f***g time, sometime even an hour). And when I come to close the box, they call someone who came after me and helped him. The front desk guy said he just needed some paper works. Then how come it took ya so long when I needed to open my safe box. Someone needs to stop this. This is ridiculous.

The waiting to see a banking rep regarding my loan is terrible.... long wait time, was there for an hour and only two customers were seen in that time frame. Also seen very unprofessional when I was sign in.

This place is horrible , I waited 40 minutes just to get a card . and I didnt even get it . People were just coming in and going before me . It was so frustrating .
